Houda Holds a Meeting
Houda and some other fuller-figured dolls and action figures meet to discuss what patterns they would like to have for the Mixis dolls and similar sized females. There is strength in numbers!
Thanks for the compliment; I am trying to do better with them.
Rosie might try to take over the discussion, but Houda intends to be heard. (Oh my.) Tracy, Emerald, Rosa, Darci, Aja, Stormer, and Miss Fear might stop by later. Oh and the G-Five crew, too ;-D
The background is the 1978 Marx Sindy Scenesetter. If I prop it up carefully, it gives a nice if dated backdrop ;-D
I'll ask if I can have a copy of any minutes ... not sure how formal the meeting was. I think that Houda wanted to be sure that Mixis patterns get produced. Susie was there to discuss how such patterns could be altered to fit other "miss" sized fashions. As you know, Susie is NOT there because she needs larger clothes LOL
You know I have put Ken pants on many of my larger female dolls but it doesn't give them much fashion options. I'm not sure if I'm ready to start sewing everthing for them but I would do a few nice outfits. It would also be great to know what outfits can be used on other dolls with pics!! LC
Great photo! I'm sure that Rosie will take over the discussion soon enough. And where is Tracy Turnblad? :)

Wonderful background. I had to look at it for a while before I realized that it was flat. Hehehe.
ReplyDeleteKeep us posted with the minutes of the meeting. :)
