Regarding the Liv dolls with their pets - hmmmm ... not bad.
Regarding the Moxie dolls - pass. Accessories look cheesy. Not keen on the big heads either.
Regarding the Charlie's Angels Kellys - tsk. Not to be prudish, but they look "tarted up." And $29.88 doesn't strike me as a
clearance price.
still a bit pricey and those lil angels look scary
ReplyDeleteI would remove the Liv girl heads and use their bodies for Barbies ;-D
ReplyDeleteI've heard others in Walmart comment about the scariness of the Liv dolls. The Charlie's Angels Kellys look scary in another way. And, wow, the price!
Geez, talk about overpriced! That Charlie's Angels set is selling for $12 at BarbieCollector.com! They're totally creepy, they make me think of those little 3 years old pageant queens. *shudder* Great deal on the Liv dolls, though! I'd totally snatch those up for the bodies & clothes! Wish we had a Walmart around here!
ReplyDeleteLOL! You really don't like the Liv dolls at all. I wonder what kids think about them? I used to love Superstar Barbie when I was little and had three of them (I played with them to death), but now I find her to be scary!
ReplyDeleteAw, I live the Liv dolls. Well, their bodies anyway, bwwwahhhhaaaa!
ReplyDeleteWhen Superstar Barbie was first out, I was desperately seeking brunette dolls from my youth. Between her everpresent blondness and her open smile, Superstar Barbie wasn't too super for me ;-P
If more of the dolls then had been brunettes or redheads, the blonde factor would not have stood out so much. My Baggie Francie was my favorite around then. She had BROWN hair, whoo hooo!
