Streaked Skippers (Hem, Hair Streaked, That is)

Here are the answers to which Skipper has which color streak in her hair:

Barbie Sisters' Bike for Two Dolls - Skipper and Chelsea – pink streaks

Skipper and Chelsea - Sisters Sleep Out – blue streaks

Barbie Sisters' Beauty Fun Skipper Doll – purple streaks

Now here's a question I have for you Skipper fans: do the color streaks have any particular meaning or are they just different colors?

    I guess Skipper likes to try different colors. :)

    I didn't know there are that many options. Only the pink streaked Skipper is available here.

    Hi, Niel! Perhaps, they are issuing the Skippers slowly overseas? Seeing if the dolls "take?" The different colors appeared slowly here, too.

    And yes, it could be that Skipper just likes to accent her hair with colors from her outfit.

    I don't have a preference as to the color patches. Actually, I used the word "streaks," but these are more like color patches. Color in a clump or patch of hair.

    I don't think there is a meaning. I like to think of this incarnation of Skipper as that tween who may just do her own thing. Like she dyed her hair black in the 1st place and added that color. She may change her mind each week or month..who knows :O)
