I noticed some new Liv fashions today. Here is the Liv for Hair set for the girls and the guy.
Likes for me: Alexis' red shoes, Daniela's violet tunic top, Jake's black falcons on gray background tee shirt and black boots, Katie's red flippy skirt and tennis rack, Hayden's multi-tiered dress, denim vest, and brown riding boots, and Sophie's blue jeans.
Anyone else see these? Have any favorites among them?
Oooo...these are totally cute! I hope my Target has them when I go next week. :)
ReplyDeleteI hope so, too. Look forward to seeing them on your lovely dolls.
ReplyDeleteBTW, I am now BENT on getting the Stardolls and some of the Basics 2.5 and Fashionista dolls. I remain in awe of your photographs of Piper. Inspiring post.
Hmmm, maybe you should have said what you don't like instead. Ooh, I can't wait to see them in person. I am never tempted to buy them until they go on deep discount. TRACY, you do need a buying intervention. LOL.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing! I have to check them out.
ReplyDeleteHi Vanessa and Ms. Leo!
ReplyDelete@Vanessa, okay, I don't care for Katie's top or Sophie's top. Everything else is okay, lol. I hear you about the discounts. I get dolls and/or action figures first and then get the fashions once my targetted dolli has been received.
@Ms. Leo, you are welcome. These were at the South Philly Target.
Hello from Spain: Liv I also like I have none. For here are much more expensive than Barbies and in the end I did not buy any but the clothes on bringing are very modern. I'll buy the perfect Christmas with Barbie that comes with her sisters. For here is very cheap to come together. I get the whole pack at 47 euros. The bad thing that Barbie is not articulated. I will change the body. We remain in contact blog blog
ReplyDeleteHi Marta! That is a shame that the Liv dolls are more expensive than Barbie in Spain. Perhaps the Liv dolls cost more because they are poser dolls. Shrug. You might be able to get some of the Liv fashions though in trades with other collectors.
ReplyDeleteI look forward to seeing your Perfect Christmas Barbie sisters with their improved bodies. What Mattel will not do, we collectors will do for them. Ha ha ha!
D7ana the LIV fashions are much more expensive here in the States, too. One LIV fashion is about $10, versus 3 Barbie outfits for about that prices. Maybe that's what Marta was referring to.
ReplyDeleteThanks for pointing that out, Vanessa.
ReplyDeleteYes, Marta, the Liv fashions are more expensive in the U.S., too. I do not think about the Liv fashions being more expensive because I only buy them when they are on sale. Even then, they do cost more than Barbie fashions. But Barbie fashions are made of polyester and/or they are so flimsy - usually - so I pass them by. Except the occasional Ken outfit like those I mentioned in a recent post.
Ok me want!! I love the new fashions! i saw them about a week ago and should have snatched them up but i didnt and now since black friday...their gone!...:( Ill have to look for them in another week or so!
