Also at Big Lots ... Blond Boys ;-D
I just wanted to add a note to Muff's cool post about her Big Lots! finds. Some of our favorite 12" men were there, too. Yes, Big Lots! still has Power Team guys. Four of the guys seen were new to me. There was only one brunet guy. (Brunet guy is Gene in EastPhilly and Jose Figueroa in Grandville.) No Black or other ethnic guys. Shrug. Maybe someone else bought them out before me? Possibly. I don't usually see a group of blond guys like this. There are usually brunet guys as well.

I always loved these guys. Despite being military they have sorta loveable faces. Did you see any cool accessories on the shelves? They used to have some doozies. I sold my articulated horse, but I still have the kayak and helicopter, and I think my jackhammer comes from a power team playset. Makes me want to head over to Big Lots.
I LOVE my Power Team guys, too, Robin. They are soooo cute.
Alas, none of their cool accessories were there. Just the guys. I remember seeing the horse, but I missed the helicopter. I've seen the kayak - yes, that was cool. I have a jackhammer, too.
I'd like to check at the other BL near to me to see if they have a different selection. Sigh.
I saw the new guy and the new price! The old versions I got were $12. The SWAT guys are still $12 but they do come with a bit more stuff than the World Peacekeeper.
The guy I got was a brunett and he was wearing regular cloths and had hands instead of gloves!
Congratulations on that find, Muff. I love to find the PT guys wearing civilian clothes. And with hands instead of those gloves ... double win!
I have about two guys who were SWAT. They did have extra accessories - real life colored accessories, too. LOL. But I go by the faces - try to get one of each and hope to get regular fashions AND hands, if possible. The bare hands seem hardest to get though ....
they are soldier toys meant for boys not for being doll smh
