I saw Jake at a local (Philadelphia area) Target. "My" Jake resembles the doll shown in the promotional photo. However, it seems that there may be another Jake as shown online at Amazon.com . Interesting, hmmm?
Now I want to get BOTH Jakes.
Groan. I really need the girl Liv dolls first though because some of my older dolls NEED new poseable bodies. (Like my Baggie Francie ...)

From what I've heard, the photo on Amazon was the original promo photo, and the Jake in the stores, that we have, is what they actually made. (Don't quote me, that's just the gossip I heard.) Personally, I'd rather have the Jake pictured on Amazon!:)

From the research I did, it appears there is just the one Jake. I think the Jake on Amazon is a restyled (hair cut) Making Waves Jake doll. I think it indicated that it was a customer image. If you find an actual in the package doll like that, please let us know. Thanks.
I get it now. Promo picture vs. actual product. Tsk. Tsk. Hate when that happens.

Okay, one Jake. (If I see the one in the prototype photo, I WILL get him for you, too, Vanessa ;-D)Well, that's okay.
Spinmaster will be bringing out another guy doll, Chase, who somewhat resembles the Jake shown in the promo photos. Chase is shown on the back of the Twist and Dance Liv dolls.
