Hurricane Irene, Clear Modem, and the Woe for One PhillyCollector

Quick, before Hurricane Irene reduces my Clear modem lights: I am among the East Coast DAF bloggers physically located in the path of Hurricane Irene. I will say this: I was here FIRST! Not that I or anyone else can do a lot against a weather juggernaut like Irene. Sigh.

Sad thing - aside from the obvious - is that I just got a Clear connection. Can I say, no fair.

Hope everyone stays safe and that your collectibles do not get damaged.

Well, here's hoping YOU keep safe, too, D7ana!

Stupid hurricane.

Thanks, MiladyBlue! Doing fine so far here. And Irene got downgraded to "Tropical Storm," but I'm not wagging my fingers in disrespect. Nope. Grinning and happy that not we still have power in my area and no floods in this vicinity.

Stay safe and keep your dolls on high ground!

Thanks, Kim! I got lucky ... Tropical Storm Irene hit saturated and flooded some places, but my immediate area is okay. From what I can see out the windows, lol. Tomorrow will tell though ...

Oh and how are you doing? I remember MiladyBlue is out West, but you're on the East, too. I hope that you are staying safe and/or are NOT in TS Irene's path.
