Hey we're in the same boat. I have had small cleaning bouts every year. I'm overdue by 2 years LOL. I.m working on clearing out the unused, unloved, and just plain unwanted :O)

Wow! I need to do the same thing, but wound up working on furniture for Casey's Bar instead. LOL I need to pare down my collection a bit, but my roommate won't let me get rid of any of them. She says if I get rid of them, I'll want them back sometime in the future! LOL :-)

Wow, I would have so much fun in that room!

Hello from Spain: I see that you have too many dolls ... seems my room ... It is always painful to part with some dolls. Keep in touch

Well, maybe just a little bit of spring cleaning - but my guess is, you'll get distracted with playing with them (and that's much more fun).

Wow, I should show you my mess! I have a very bad habit of leaving things lying around after a doll photo shoot. It's always comforting to know that I'm not alone when it comes to doll chaos!

LOL, I completely understand this, you pile them up, thinking, "Oh, I'll just put this one here for now... and then another joins, and another... and soon, they're everywhere XD

Oh my goodness. The same thing happens to me when I start taking dolls off the shelf to take pictures for my blog. My spring cleaning is at least 3 to 4 times a year. Doll stands help a lot.

Hi Anika, DBG, Brini, Cindi, Roxanne, Marta, Carrickters, TM, Heather, and Male Doll World!

1. I swear the kiddies are like Tribbles. I don't know how so many of them got here.

2. Yes, I would pull figures out "just for this activity" and "forget" to re-box or tuck them away.

3. Glad to make everyone feel relieved that they are not alone or that they would NEVER leave their collections in such a state, lol.

4. I am shocking/exposing you all so that I can push myself to pull stuff together. So I hope you will have more fun as I attempt to impose order.

Why did I use the verb "impose?" I have characters whose lips are stuck out or who have hands on their wee hips. Impose? Not on THEM. Sigh.

And I have to be careful about who gets sold or sent away so that I don't do as Cindi mentions, buy them again. Groan.

Groan? No. Fun. I'm going to have fun.

LOL, it does look like a toy fair exploded. I would walk in there and just start organizing like crazy. Such awesome chaos.

Muff, if I could send you a ticket to Philly, I would. Would be great fun to have such a cool and efficient doll/action figure organizer on my side to help with the straightening up process.

Who's snickering out there?

See what I am up against? I am sooooo going to organize their mini bodies if it's the last thing I do.

And I am going to document it all in photos.

There. Puff. Let's see who snickers now. Any wagers, folks?

OMG! That gave me a fright. I just got everything cleaned, organized and in order in my neck of the woods, but this was a reminder that most of my AFs have to be hauled out and disposed of. What a chore...
