Not for Contest Entry ... A Vampire and a Window

Oh, it's that time of the year again ... leaves turn orange and descend and vampires overset cars and attack drivers ...

These photos cannot be contest entries because I submitted them. (The sponsor is not supposed to enter, to win, etc.) But I had this scene in my head and thwat! here are the results. I wonder if she should have blood trickling from a head wound? It is a pity that her mouth is closed - shouldn't she be screaming? But then, since this is a seasonal annoyance, perhaps not. We don't scream when flies descend, do we?

Great job. I really like it.

I would have never thought of that window! And yes dolls are bad actors as they can't have a wide range of emotions. So story tellers who use them has to be creative to work around that.

Scary pic. Yes, blood somewhere would have sealed the deal. Hey, maybe this is the before pic of when he first attacked her.

Hi Vanessa, Niel, and Vicky!

Thanks for viewing and responding ;-D.

@Vanessa ... I like it, too.

@Niel ... I've been thinking of all sorts of windows ;-D And although this particular female action figure doesn't have an open mouth to suggest screaming or any verbal reaction, I liked that her mouth was closed. Alas, but her eyes have a blankish look though.

@Vicky ... I wondered if she could have banged her head somewhere since I think the vampire (in this case, Majestic Studio's Barnabus Collins) has not yet scratched or bit her. (Great thinking on your part.)

Anyway, hope the photo inspires others - lol. There are a lot of windows out there ....

The lady doll seems pretty resigned to her fate. If there was ever a figure who needed a Kung Fu Grip, it's him.

I watch A LOT of horror movies and this reminds me of many scenes where the lady cant get the car started and like an idiot has the window down while something is trying to eat her, LOL.

I like it!

Hi MSJ and Muff!

@Miss Spotty Jane - lol, right on both points. She looks resigned and he could use Kung Fu Grip. Then again, maybe she realized he can't completely nab her; just "jab" her, lol.

@Muff - I have seen and still see more than my fair share of monster movies. And darned if there isn't often enough someone "stuck" or "falling" when they need to vamoose! And the window down, lol. Poor lady though ... this car's windows are always down. Then again, she went out knowing the season it is in EastPhilly ....

Thanks for liking and enjoying with me ;-D

Nice photo shoot. And my heart really lit up as my Majestic Barnabas Collins is standing right next to me (well, a kitbashed ''contemporary'' Barnabas, made from the body and head from a spare 1795 Barnabas!).

Hi Marvey! You have a Majestic Barnabas, too. Yay! Did you have any photos of him online? Please share the link - I'd like to see your contemporary guy.
