Mixis Chinese Outfit

Yesterday, I received this lovely outfit, the Mixis Chinese Outfit, from Debbie Goodland of YNU Group. Emerald graciously agreed to model it.

I ordered that and Emerald from Dolls Like Me 2 weeks ago and haven't heard a peep from them. Not real happy with them right now, especially after seeing how nice Emerald looks in it! Argh!

I like the area below the neck but I don't know about showing belly area.

Margaret, hi and yes, the outfit is well made. I love that it is lined, but the lining makes the top more difficult to fit on the larger armed dolls that size. Some of the Barbies though might be able to borrow it.

Tanz Fanatika, you should call Ms. Robinson of Dolls Like Me to let her know about that problem. I bought my first two Mixis dolls from her in person, but I've heard from others that orders were promptly filled. The telephone number is 800-971-7159.

Niel, I checked the photo online and the doll's belly shows there, too. (Just wanted to be sure that I hadn't missed something ;-D) I don't mind that the doll's belly shows because she's toned. I can't say that I care to see live people with their bellies exposed ;-P

Hi, E.A.! I love this outfit. I'm trying it on some other figures, but the lined top is tighter than most Mixis tops. Ladies Mission Dr. Tanaka can wear the pants, but her arms and her hands are too big to get in the Chinese outfit top. Sigh. Still I bet I can get more Barbies to fit that top ....
